With 17 years of experience in education and school counseling, Sara is now transitioning into the role of a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. She brings a deep understanding of the emotional, relational, and developmental needs of children, adolescents, and families, along with a genuine heart for walking alongside individuals during seasons of challenge and growth.

Sara has experience working with children, teens, and families navigating anxiety, behavioral concerns, depression, grief and loss, and the impact of divorce. She also enjoys supporting individuals as they work through emotional struggles and relationship challenges, helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing.

Drawing from her own personal experiences with loss and healing, Sara approaches counseling with empathy, compassion, and authenticity. She values creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood, allowing trust and connection to grow naturally within the therapeutic relationship.
